Senior Manager, Global Mobility at a glance…
You will be responsible for developing and implementing global mobility strategies, programs, and processes that support the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of global mobility trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
What's on the menu?

Lead global mobility center of excellence and strategies for all countries the company operates

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across these regions

Provide strategic guidance on mobility matters to business leaders and HR partners

Drive continuous improvement of mobility programs, policies and processes

Oversee tax and immigration compliance processes
-
Develop and implement mobility policies
-
Manage vendor relationships and performance
-
Lead stakeholder coordination and communication
-
Drive program efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
-
Ensure compliance and risk management across tax, payroll, and immigration
-
Lead technology implementation and enhancement projects
-
Develop and analyze mobility data analytics and metrics
-
Manage mobility-related finance and budgeting
-
Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements

5-7 years of Global Mobility experience
-
Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Tax preferred
-
Three or more years of supervisory/people management experience

Experience with mobility management technologies

Knowledge of international HR policies and practices

Financial acumen and budget management experience
-
Strong understanding of tax and immigration compliance requirements related to global mobility
-
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
-
Proven ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
-
Experience working across different time zones and managing multiple priorities
-
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
