Senior Manager, Compensation – Operations & Procurement at a glance…
The Senior Manager, Compensation will be responsible for providing guidance and consultation to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, job offers, salary structure development, and incentive plan design and administration. This is an analytical role that seamlessly transitions to operating in areas of ambiguity and strategic complexity. The Senior Manager, Compensation must have both qualitative and quantitative skills.
What’s on the menu?

Develop, design, and administer compensation programs/processes for both the salaried and hourly populations

Execute the annual salary planning and incentive cycles

Perform and oversee job evaluations of both broad-based and executive positions

Identify, design, and implement policies and procedures to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility that align with our pay-for-performance philosophy and culture of meritocracy

Oversee the salary survey participation process

Execute the annual salary structure development process

Develop, design and execute compensation related training

Propose process improvements and recommend policy changes to assure compliance and competitiveness of Kraft Heinz compensation

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred
-
Minimum of 5 years’ compensation experience with in-depth knowledge of Operations and Plant Manufacturing

People Management experience is strongly preferred
-
In depth technical knowledge of compensation theories and principles, compensation program design, and applicable laws and regulations
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
-
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence team members without direct managerial authority
-
Solutions-oriented mindset that challenges the status quo and seeks opportunities to innovate
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
-
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other HR certification preferred

Korn Ferry Hay Job Slotting experience strongly preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
