As an Account Manager you will be responsible for driving performance metrics and first-class 4P execution across a category for a major New Zealand retail customer. This role will support the Head of Customer in driving best practice across the account.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Maintain relationships and grow sales, starting from a clear understanding of the customer strategy, their shopper and driven environment.

Deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.

Execute strategic medium-term customer Joint Value Plans, connecting Customer and KHC strategy to drive mutual growth and value.

Support 4P execution of all KHC strategies in portfolio, exceeding sales, profit, investment, distribution, market share, forecasting and engagement targets.

Owning the P&L of a portfolio of categories in one of our customer teams.

Partner with cross functional colleagues to deliver for your portfolio

Execute and support leadership of a data driven selling agenda with customer.
About you:

Around 5 years experience in a commercial role, preferably in an FMCG environment
-
Strong problem solving abilities; eager to handle entrepreneurial challenges.

Proven ability to influence and negotiate
