Still studying? You’ll learn by doing on our immersive 10-week placement — no lunch runs for the team or making coffees for your manager here. You’ll get stuck right into real projects from day one. Depending on your location you can choose between a variety of departments.
Join a class of ambitious interns and be mentored by Kraft Heinz leaders. In your function specific role, you’ll deliver real results for the business — no pressure!
At the end of your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to present your project and results to your local Leadership Team. Don’t worry, we’ll back you all the way! There’s also the possibility to move into a full-time role with us after you graduate.

You’ll spend your time learning from Kraft Heinz leaders, gaining exposure to all of our functions and making a direct impact on our business. From field sales to agile business placements you’ll get to know Kraft Heinz from the ground up. And you’ll be doing it with other ambitious trainees by your side.
With a thorough onboarding process, rotational development across different business areas and activities, alongside targeted professional development and mentoring from senior leaders — you’ll be set up for future success.
Recently graduated or in your final year of university? Join the program growing the manufacturing leaders of tomorrow. Over 12 months, you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment.
During the program, you’ll get:
- Hands-on onboarding and Commercial bootcamp
- Immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS)
- Support in gaining a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Regular opportunities to build relationships and work closely with leadership
- Mentorship from people who have completed the GMT program before
- Learning opportunities to improve both soft and hard skills

Over a 10-month or 10-week Summer program, you’ll develop as ambitious leaders who are equipped with the skills, business acumen and creativity to excel in your roles as you begin to lead our transformation.
As an MBA Leadership trainee you’ll be placed directly into the business in a management role to drive company initiatives. This could be within the Sales and Marketing team, Finance, Operations or Corporate teams — the world’s your oyster.
