About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Maintenance Intern. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT). You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Purpose of the job
During the internship you will be enrolled in the development of a methodology of analysis about maintenance equipment & process performance related to it. Develop a methodology of analysis about maintenance equipment & process performance related to it.
The Maintenance Intern will be responsible for:
- Participate in the management of unplanned losses (i.e. OEE, in particular breakdown losses & technical (speed) constraints)
- Partecipate in analysis of Maintenance issues and related corrective action plan
- Provide support in increasing reliability & availability as a result from continuously optimising the equipment performance (OEE unplanned breakdown losses, MTBF, MTTR)
- Partecipate in Maintenance KHMS tasks and best practices implementation vs. action plan agreed especially for maintenance daily routine, cost analysis for all maintenance activities, gap analysis on maintenance plan and detailed preventive maintenance procedures.
- Develop a training process to enhance shift team operators & team leaders’ capabilities as problem solving from a production process point of view, to understand and measure losses and costs.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Energy, Electrical or Electronical Engineer
- Know-how of food industrial equipment process.
- Engineering principles for robust & reliable line design
- Autonomous maintenance principles
- Problem Solving tools, like 5*Why and Six Sigma tools
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian
