Role
The Senior Manager, S&OP Capabilities – Supply Chain Losses, is responsible for controlling and reducing waste across all business units in the KHC NA Zone. This requires owning processes and influence over cross functional teams including finance, supply chain, and commercial partners working as one team to deliver the KHC waste reduction mission.
Responsibilities
- Deliver productivity savings in the NA SCL+LIQ (Liquidation) budget
- Engage Leadership (VP Level) on a Weekly Basis to manage performance and drive actions
- Utilize Agile methodology to build and champion a pipeline of strategic initiatives; lead execution of projects to deliver results
- Process leader for end-to-end waste mitigation/prevention rituals and routines – defining best practice for processes/tools and deliver standardization throughout the organization
- Owner of all data and reporting related to supply chain losses in the NA Zone – including analytics and metrics/KPIs
- Integrating with all functional areas that influence SCL (Finance, Sales, BU, S&OP, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing) to drive importance and focus on waste prevention
- Indirectly manage cross-functional team of SCL managers and analysts to drive process improvements and deliver financial results
- Ensure daily execution of critical routines and weekly updates to operations and commercial leadership
- Business owner of the SCL+LIQ financial P&L results, forecast and budget setting, as well as related impacts to the P&L
- NA Zone SCL point of contact with the Global Center of Excellence
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 7+ years’ work and/or education in supply chain related areas (experience in S&OP or Inventory Management preferred)
- Strong problem solving/analytical powerhouse supporting delivery of results
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong presentation skills and oral/written communication skills required
- Thought leader and continuous improvement mindset
