The Digital Shelf Team’s mission is to drive organic growth for our Kraft Heinz brands by optimizing our shoppers’ experience across eCommerce retailers. We aspire to create the best digital shelf experience in the industry through a deep understanding of our brands, shoppers, and retailers.
As the Digital Shelf Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence and performance of our products across digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, delivering product ratings and reviews, and coordinating sampling programs to drive brand awareness and trial.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Content Development:
- Responsible for end-to-end content development for key brands across the North America Zone, inclusive of innovations and renovations. Manage execution and timeline with agency partners and reviews with brand, legal, and regulatory teams.
- Partner with brands and category management teams to understand brand strategy and eCommerce shopper behaviors and use insights to inform content development. Create quarterly content plans in line with key seasonal timeframes, big bet media executions, and innovation launches.
- Partner with digital shelf strategy managers and external agencies to ensure content is accurately syndicated to the retailer website.
- Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations to enhance product descriptions, images, and videos for improved consumer engagement and conversions.
- Report on content availability, including carousel imagery, copy, enhanced brand content, brand stores, video, etc., for categories under responsibility. Share learnings and strategic initiatives with leadership quarterly.
Ratings & Reviews / Sampling:
- Lead external agency in always-on review collection and support review management.
- Analyze Ratings & Reviews data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Make recommendations to brand partners to ensure Ratings & Reviews sufficiency goals are met for quantity, sentiment, and recency.
- Partner with brand teams to identify sampling partners for innovation or core portfolio review collection.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar function.
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce Marketing, Sales or similar role.
- CPG experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across many cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrates future-forward thinking and proactively identifies opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Naturally inquisitive, highly driven, and very self-sufficient.
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Remote based role that can be performed from a home office. Additionally, this role requires work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.
Travel Requirements
- 2-3 trips per year (subject to change based on team/customer needs)

Base Salary Range: $75,600.00 – $94,500.00
Target Total Cash Range: $94,500.00 – $118,125.00
Target total cash represents this role’s annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
