Join our team at Kraft Heinz as a Growth Manager in Amsterdam, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future strategy of our leading global brand, Heinz, within the Away From Home (AFH) sector for Europe and Pacific developed markets. This position offers a blend of strategic planning and creative execution, focusing on market analysis, product development, and innovative communication strategies.

About The Position

In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the AFH sector, analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to market launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners, including media and creative agencies, while also interacting with technical teams.
  • Drive the marketing transformation, enhancing marketing capabilities and team performance to ensure strong market impact.
  • Optimize the existing product portfolio by introducing commercial innovations and phasing out underperforming products.

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  •  Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ Years of relevant experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in consumer marketing, culture, new product ideas, and trends
  • Ability to synthesize data into insights and to build compelling cases.
  • Strong communication skills to listen, understand and influence senior partners
  • Ability to simplify and understand complex legislative changes
  • Ability to work in partnership with multiple internal functions
  • Fluency in English
