Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Manufacturing Team Members to work at our production facility in Mason City, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality-orientated and be willing to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent or 1 year of manufacturing experience

Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends

Ability to work overtime as necessary

Background in a manufacturing environment or technical background with electrical, mechanical, or automation experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The plant runs 24 hours a day / 7 days per week. This continuous process is supported by four shift teams with over 200 employees.

Job Overview:
Manufacturing Team Members are OWNERS of machinery or equipment in multiple areas of the plant. The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Manufacturing Team Members to work at our processing facility in Mason City, IA. Ideal candidates must be safe and quality-orientated be willing to work in a team-orientated fast-paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform manufacturing duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities & Duties:

Operate and maintain equipment in the area in a safe and efficient manner

Read, follow, and update Job Task Analysis (JTAs) for work area

Perform quality checks as required

Ensure proper raw or packaging components are used based on product requirements

Actively participate in the facility’s safety compliance program

Troubleshoots and resolves breakdowns

Sustains responsibility for preventative maintenance and sanitation in the work area
-
Ensures efficient operation of equipment

Communicate with co-workers effectively to ensure minimum interruptions in production

Responsible for following SQ requirements such as GMPs and other daily/job-specific duties to support QRMP
