The Log.Os manager is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to be a part of the Kraft Heinz’s Log.Os journey. Log.Os is the management framework for all of Logistics and Planning to operate within. The individual will work on a team to design and implement best-in-class end-to-end supply chain frameworks for the North America business. This highly motivated individual will support the implementation of tools, processes, and coaching to drive the continuous improvement mindset in the logistics and planning ways of working. This role will be asked to provide insights and assist in identifying critical projects and routines to improve the Logistics and Planning organization. This is a key role in driving our supply chain into the future. The individual will identify and act on gaps within our processes and procedures across the Logistics and Planning function and drive action plans to close these gaps.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop the North American LOG.OS program annual calendar with business priorities and activities for the year.
- Drive compliance and usage of the Log.OS frameworks to drive full potential of the program
- Adjust, track and communicate the LOG.OS MBO framework for the year, ensuring effective dissemination of information across stakeholders.
- Develop tools for analysis to drive effective root cause analysis and action planning and execution.
- Ensure LOG.OS KPI definition and tracking.
- Support and implement the self-assessment process, including conducting training sessions, tracking completion, facilitating action plan creation, and consolidating results.
- Execute the Check to Coach (CTC) process, including prioritizing entities, aligning the process, supporting communication/materials, and communicating results.
- Develop action plans from trends across the organization for continuous improvement within the organization.
- Conduct implementation at warehouses, including building an implementation roadmap, guiding self-assessment completion for initial baseline, training, coaching action plan creation, and supervising the first follow-up sessions.
- Prioritize chapter development/review to ensure material evolved with the business.
- Prepare internal materials for LOG.OS meetings, workshops and committees, ensuring they are comprehensive and engaging.
- Manage LOG.OS platform, handling change requests and updates, ensuring the platform remains an effective tool for management and communication.
- Influence Logistics and planning team on the value of the Log.OS program to ensure adoption and enabling the program/system to deliver continued results.
