Head of Invoice to Cash at a glance
Reporting to the Head of GBS, North American the Head of Invoice to Cash has a critical responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction while transforming and elevating our Invoice to Cash processes, Technology, and Ways of Working across the NA region.
What's on the menu?

The Head of Invoice to Cash, NA GBS is responsible for supporting the transformation and everyday execution of functional business processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements aligned with KH NA business partners.

The role will work in partnership with offshore third party Business Process Outsourcing partners to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and business results.

This person will find opportunities of improvement, coordinate the implementation of best practices, and align the organization with operational standard processes and KPI’s.

Will serve as a key member of the North American Global Business Services (GBS) management team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation and Business Value.

I have experience in dynamic leadership roles within finance in Food and Beverage and/or related CPG industry exposure with detailed understanding of invoice to cash processes and with SAP S4 HANA implementation.

I have demonstrated ability to lead and encourage cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results while managing offshore BPO providers.

I have solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies clearly. In addition presenting to executive leadership.

I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

I have the ability to create and implement critical initiatives that tangible business value, drive operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

I have leadership and team management skills, and able to motivate and develop a hard-working team both onshore and offshore.

I have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.

I am proficient in the use of SAP S4 HANA, High Radius and/or similar tools.
