About the Role
Job Description
Objective:
Ensuring adequate management of Procurement SAP/SRM/ARIBA contracts and purchase orders: creating, consolidating and updating contract in the system when required by the procurement category leads.
Responsible for data management regarding Procurement process as suppliers and skus registration, contract compliance, create and monitoring dashboards.
Lead digital and automation Procurement projects with accurate reporting to Brazilian and WEEM Procurement Leadership.
Extract and analyze raw data, providing outputs as dashboards and reports, leading to process improvements throughout Procurement Brazil
Work shoulder to shoulder with IT and Procurement Excellence team to find automation solutions to major procurement & stakeholders pain points, such as SAAS, and existing KHC systems and tools.
Key Accountabilities:

SAP/Ariba/SRM Contract Management;

Procurement Data Management: Be the person who will identify process improvement and connect all stakeholders to promote changes that we need;

Digital and Automation Projects: Maintain and constantly develop the CSProc
-
Reduce the operational load of buyers through improvements;

Risk monitoring: Prioritizing STP-02, STP-03 and ARI-01;

Monitor PO creation, guarantee that it will be done by required area (not Procurement). SRM management;

Team management;

Consolidating negotiation data with real payment;

Vendor Creation: Reduce lead time of vendor and material creation.
Skills / Knowledge:
-
Graduation in engineering, it, business, international relationship or similar;

Experience, preferable in supply chain;

Data Management experience;
-
Excel (VBA) Mandatory;

SAP (table knowledge (EKKO, EKPO). Mandatory;

Data Analytics and automation capabilities;
-
Supply Chain/Procurementt Knowledge;
-
People Management;
-
Microsoft Power Automate. Preferred;
-
Snowflake (SQL). Preferred;
-
Ariba;
-
SRM.
