In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming and running our global talent processes. You will be responsible for designing and supporting implementation of our annual talent processes such as Individual Growth Plans, our annual people review (9-box) and succession planning. Working with cross functional teams such as Performance, Learning & Development, Workday, and our zone talent leads, you will ensure strong governance and standards around the world. In addition to our standard processes, we are looking to transform how we assess performance, potential and next step readiness along with performance feedback mechanisms. In this role, you would lead a working group to define and establish strategic direction, MVP testing and set up the implementation and change management plan when ready to deploy.
Key Ingredients:
- Define the strategic direction for great talent management and succession planning globally at Kraft Heinz for both salaried and hourly workforces.
- Partner with the talent leads to understand their feedback and needs around critical talent processes, implementing feedback.
- Work with other CEOs to implement and run the standard processes (i.e.: Launching the 9-box task in workday on time, with no errors, making incremental improvements.)
- Partner with the Head of Performance Management to define, design and implement our performance management transformation.
- Build talent management capabilities by supporting zone talent leaders as a consultant, sharing best practices, and benchmarking Kraft Heinz across industry standards.
Recipe for Success: Apply if it sounds like you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management or a related field.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR technology tools (Workday a plus)

New Hire Base Salary Range:
€147,950.00 – €184,940.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
