About the Role

Job Description

En tant que contrôleur d’usine pour l’usine Mt. Royal, vous dirigerez la gestion, la production de rapports et la planification de toutes les activités financières et comptables de l’usine. Les responsabilités comprennent la gestion d’une équipe responsable de la budgétisation, de l’analyse financière, de la gestion du processus de clôture mensuel, des rapports financiers et de l’aide à la productivité de l’usine. En outre, le contrôleur de l’usine est chargé d’assurer l’intégrité des dossiers financiers et la protection des actifs en assurant un environnement de contrôle interne solide conformément aux politiques de Kraft Heinz, aux PCGR et à la loi Sarbanes-Oxley.

Éléments clés du rôle

· Ce rôle rendra compte et présentera les résultats financiers, les risques et les possibilités de l’entreprise de fabrication aux principaux intervenants en temps opportun et de manière précise.

· Gérer le processus de clôture de fin de mois dans SAP.

· Rapprocher les comptes du bilan de l’usine

· Gérer et maintenir les KPI et les mesures financières de l’usine

· Fournir des prévisions et des analyses de coûts, la précision et l’analyse du pipeline de productivité.

· Fournir un leadership éclairé et un aperçu de la réalisation des mesures de rendement clés de l’usine en mettant fortement l’accent sur la réduction des coûts et l’amélioration de l’efficacité opérationnelle.

· Effectuer des vérifications d’autoévaluation et gérer toutes les vérifications internes et externes.

· Établir et tenir à jour des normes financières (SMD financiers)

· Identifier et initier des améliorations de processus.

· Diriger les initiatives d’entreprise au sein de l’usine. Appuyer les finances de l’unité opérationnelle, au besoin, en ce qui concerne les projets, y compris les crédits d’immobilisations, le développement de nouveaux produits et les questions d’utilisation, de capacité et de gestion des biens de l’usine.

· Fournir un soutien financier et des outils aux équipes.

· Gérer et élaborer des rapports 5direct.

Qualifications requises :

· Un baccalauréat en affaires ou en comptabilité/finance ou l’équivalent est requis

· Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est considéré comme un atout important

· Solide connaissance pratique des opérations de fabrication, de l’établissement des coûts des produits et des systèmes

· Excellentes compétences analytiques, de leadership et de communication

· Orientation vers les détails, axés sur les résultats; proactif et autonome

· Connaissance pratique approfondie des systèmes (SAP/autres systèmes d’établissement des coûts, Excel avancé)

· Capacités démontrées de gestion de projet et de changement

· Le titre professionnel de comptable CPA, CMA, CGA et/ou MBA en comptabilité/finance serait un atout

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$139,600.00 – $174,500.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
