The Senior Analyst, Planning & Execution is an integral part of the Omnichannel Shopper Marketing team within the North America Sales Customer Development Organization. This individual leads omnichannel shopper marketing budget management and campaign reporting, a critical role to increase visibility with BU and sales partners. The Sr. Analyst helps develop national strategy and creative for key power window scale activations for customer teams to sell against and execute at their retailers. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
· Manage Total Omnichannel Shopper Marketing budget reporting
· Effectively communicate budget strategy, execution, and routine updates to BU partners and Omni Leadership.
· Support development of key omnichannel Power Window scale activations
· Brief agency team(s) and internal partners on key Power Window scale omnichannel shopper marketing activations, providing clear guidance on strategy and success criteria
· Build compelling selling tools to aid the field with securing retailer support during key Power Window
· Support new reporting routine and ritual to improve performance and investment strategy and increase visibility with cross functional partners
· Collaborate closely with Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Customer Teams, Retail Media Team and Brand Teams to adapt strategies and tactics based on performance data
· Analyze campaign performance and related data to find optimizations and share back information with internal stakeholders.
· Support National Commerce team in strategic priorities.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
· Ability to pull & assess data, and then distill complex data into key insights and recommendations.
· Proven ability to work autonomously and plan, coordinate and set/achieve priorities when performing work across cross-functional and external stakeholders.
· Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
· Strong sales, finance, category planning and/or analytical background
· Excellent organization and project management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a hybrid role with 3 days in the Chicago office, Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires ability to work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

· Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$85,400.00 – $106,800.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
