Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain at a Glance….
We are seeking an experienced finance talent to join our SAP S4 Digital Transformation journey. In this role, you will manage S/4 roadmap implementation and provide supply Chain finance expertise to the business and project team. You will be part of the FP&A and Data Transformation Team, working with an SI partner and our IT team into requirements gathering, solutioning and delivery not only of a global template but also the necessary localizations to the solution worldwide. The role provides input into project plan, status reporting, management of project controls, ensure quality delivery in their respective area. Engage with subject matter experts in the business throughout the project to ensure solution will meet business needs.
The Supply Chain Finance Manager is part of the team responsible for implementation of the Controlling module of SAP worldwide, which entails a hands-on functional design, test and deploy of the SAP Finance/Controlling modules in these areas: system settings for controlling, cost center accounting, product costing, cost object controlling, creating & maintaining cost estimates for materials, activities & processes, product cost and variance analysis, material ledger and actual costing. The role consists of bridging the KHC business with the technical consultants under the SI partner and the KHC IT team. This manager will also bridge profitability (COPA/Margin Analysis), material ledger reporting and ZBB discussions through the implementation and enhancement of the SST and the ZBB Tools.

What’s on the menu?
- Creates a successful bridge between the overall finance organization needs and the technical aspects of the S4 modules implementation with the IT Team and SI partner
- Lead data cleansing activities to drive data standardization
- Lead data validation and data migration activities
- Support process standardization to maintain the global template across the regions. Example- units of measure, product structure.
- Actively engage on the design of the global template to be cascaded to the business units
- Ensure process design and fit to standard principles
- Manage and engage team members across respective countries, accounting for team deliveries
- Develops and take accountability on detailed implementation plan with systems integrator
- Support testing activities with cleansed converted data
- Integral role in design workshop
- Lead functional change management activities to support the target state processes. E.g. Change impact assessment, gap assessment
- Lead business readiness activities in partnership with the OCM (Organizational Change Management) team and deployment sites.
- Perform cut-over tasks relating to data conversion
- Coordinate and track data cleansing activities and data extract activities
- Removes and impediments preventing the team from making progress
- Ensures team adherence to project methods and controls
- Leads timely issue identification, resolution, escalation when appropriate

- Experience: 5+ years of experience working in finance or operations
- University degree with above-average academic performance in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, or business administration
- Ideal candidate has experience in Accounting or FP&A
- Experience in working in a large global FMCG company
- A forward, strategic thinker that can help craft the way their business process or domain operates in the future
- Has foresight to see issues, and risks in their domain, and have the courage to escalate where required

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$115,000.00 – $143,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
