Coordinator, DEI&B at a glance…
You will play a key support role in the execution of the enterprise DEI&Bs strategy, partnering with team members to help ensure an efficient and organized execution of all DEI&Bs related initiatives, while living out the Company’s core values.
What's on the menu?

35% – Support the DEI&Bs team with scheduling, handling logistics, coordinating events, project management and other technical duties related to DEI&Bs strategies, programs, and initiatives

20% – Partner with internal resources to generate reports and analyze data for DEI&B related programs
-
15% – Collaborate with internal customers to continue to drive our DEI&B strategy
-
15% – Assist with internal and external communication, content creation and training support

15% – Lead a variety of other projects as needed

Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to build and track timelines and keep projects moving and on track

Solid experience and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, MS Teams Live Event, Zoom and PowerPoint

Has a natural curiosity and growth mindset for innovation and trying innovative approaches

Evidence displaying interpersonal skills and experience exhibiting the ability to problem-solve, display diligence, and collaborate effectively while autonomously completing

Ability to problem-solve and track down information

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$59,200.00 – $74,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
