The Finance Analyst (FA) is a people focused collaborator who is supportive of an inclusive environment, and plays a crucial role in delivering accurate and on-time financial reports. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the FA will increase efficiency by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools. This role is ideal for those who are part qualified or looking to complete an accounting qualification, as study support is available.
You’ll join the Site Management Team, working alongside impactful peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to senior internal colleagues across our UK and European business!

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analysing financial data and creating financial models for decision support;
- Analysing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements;
- Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards;
- Involvement in budget process;
- Preparation of materials for board meeting and strategic meetings;
- Working with site departments and project managers as their finance support.
The ideal candidate:
Our ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who can apply structured problem solving techniques, and comfortably present reports in a variety of settings. An adaptable teammate; they'll have a positive demeanour and a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues. Ideally with 2 or more years of finance or accounting experience, we're looking for someone who has advanced excel skills and the ability to work proactively to meet targets. Manufacturing related experience (such as Safety Rules, Quality Systems, GMP, SAP) is highly desirable, but above all else, we value a passion for continuous improvement. Does this sound like you?
