Job Description

Objetivo:

Es responsable de la creación y el mantenimiento del plan de demanda para KHMex y todas las actividades de pronóstico estadístico asociadas con los clientes y los productos asignados en el portafolio del negocio Canal/ categoría/ familia/ cliente/ sku.

Coordina y liderara las reuniones de demanda (LE, AOP, Reconcilation ) como parte del proceso de S&OP para analizar y reconciliar desvíos significativos en volúmenes con el equipo comercial-ventas, Marketing y finanzas. Colabora estrechamente con los diferentes departamentos implicados en los procesos de Demand Planning e implementa planes de acción concretos que garanticen la mejora de las proyecciones de volúmenes de venta futuros, que permitan alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos. Como parte de sus funciones están la construcción del pronóstico de la demanda y la búsqueda continua de mejoras en las técnicas, los métodos y el enfoque del forecast, así como en las herramientas que lo soportan.

Actividades:

Generación de KPI´s. Se evalúa FCST Acc y BIAS (portafolio actual y nuevos lanzamientos)

Actualización del reporte de ventas donde se colocan los nuevos datos de Sell in (cajas, $) avances, facturado, OH.

Conciliación del número de plan de demanda con el equipo comercial. Se llevan a juntas con ejecutivos comerciales y KAM´s para poder consensuar el plan de demanda proyectado a 18 meses.

Revisión del plan de demanda agregado con los directores de ventas, equipo comercial y operaciones. Esto con el afán mostrar las diferencias del plan de demanda vs. Target/Objetivo y vs año anterior. Y con ello se llega a un acuerdo entre todo el equipo para tener un plan de demanda consensuado.

Revisión con el equipo de finanzas para conciliar el plan de demanda proyectado vs. target/ objetivo del presente fiscal. Esto generara un plan financiero consensuado. Esto se tomará como base para generar el target/objetivo del siguiente año fiscal.

Revisión del plan de demanda consensuado en la junta S&OP, para la toma efectiva de decisiones de alto impacto.

Experiencia:

Actuario, Ingeniero Industrial o Licenciatura en administración.

3 ó 4 años de experiencia en el área de planeación de demanda preferentemente en la industria de alimentos, consumo y/o retail.

Experiencia en modelos de  supply chain con el proceso de S&OP o IBP.

Experiencia con herramientas y sistemas de generación de pronósticos (SAP/Forecast Pro).

Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio

APICS CPIM, Demand forecasting, Estadística descriptiva, deseable.

Inglés intermedio
