Overview:
Our job is to power Kraft Heinz with the best talent and technology solutions in the world. As Time and Scheduling Global Process Owner, you will own end-to-end scheduling and time & attendance performance. This includes the design, development, delivery and measurement of highly complex HR operational process excellence across the business and function. This strategic role requires balancing planning and hands-on execution as you will also drive continuous improvement with employee experience at the center, in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Design and run global capabilities that will support the execution of our Scheduling, Time and attendance processes such as employee set up, schedule management, time collection & clocking, time and labor reporting and contingent labor management.
- Set “One Best Way” for these processes including alignment on resources, structure, technology and processes templates that will drive global consistency on the way we operate.
- Collaborate with internal Kraft Heinz colleagues and 3rd party organizations to implement these global processes in our countries and guarantee a quality delivery of services and experiences in the most efficient way.
- Partner with our Global Shared Service Centers to guarantee the delivery of best-in-class pay and time services to our business units.
- Liaise with global COEs and technology teams to drive integrated solutions and collaborate with appropriate partners on policy harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives related to Pay and Time processes.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress.
Qualifications:
- Deep functional expertise in Scheduling and Time & attendance global processes.
- Exceptional experience in problem solving and continuous improvement to support the constant changes and needs of our business
- Experience in improvement processes leveraging well known methodology (i.e., Agile, Lean 6 Sigma, etc.) that will bring to life the required changes to the operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, Master’s Degree or relevant certification preferred.
- This role is based in Chicago, IL and will require occasional travel for team meetings, customer engagements, and professional development opportunities.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$154,700.00 – $193,400.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
