Job Description
- Plan and coordinate the annual training for FSQ members.
- Review quality hold and serious incident closure and feedback to factory for improvement opportunities and monitor the closure rate.
- Implement ISO 9001 system, KHMS, QRMP and Golden Rules standard in the factory
- Issuing document control procedures which contain guideline for developing, distributing and revising the documents, distribution list
- Leading preparation of compliance system audit to ensure quality system are implemented as well as monitoring corrective and preventive action after audit Support factory when there is external audit of the factories, including ISO, HACCP, BRC, HALA and any customer audit.
- Collate and update routine FSQ reports, including Monthly Performance Review, monthly quality hold, monthly supply chain loss and FSQ work plan tracker.
- Collate the monitor FSQ KPIs in the Factory, including RFT, Golden Rules, FRCC, Non-FRCC, KHMS, etc. Ensuring GMP & HACCP is implemented in the factory
- Assisting Quality Manager in handling customer complaint Ensuring regulatory compliance by checking and compare product formula with food regulation and quality standard
- Monitor customer and consumer complaint, flag at high-risk complaint, summarize the trending of complaint, and provide meaningful actions over the trending.
- Any other tasks that are assigned by line manager.
