Associate Finance Director, Growth Finance at a Glance….
As an Associate Director of Growth Finance at Kraft Heinz, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our Hydration & Desserts portfolio. In this dynamic and strategic role, you will lead efforts to financialize innovation projects, productivity initiatives, and capital investments, partnering closely with multifunctional teams to drive growth and efficiency. You will also play a critical role in managing processes such as SKU rationalization to optimize portfolio performance. With a team of three direct reports, you will mentor and develop talent, fostering a high-performing finance organization within a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.

Innovation & Capital Projects:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, model, and financialize innovation projects and capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Lead financial analysis of productivity initiatives, quantifying potential savings and ROI to drive decision-making
Strategic Finance Leadership:
- Develop and deliver robust financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support new product development and operational efficiency projects
- Lead SKU rationalization efforts by analyzing portfolio profitability and aligning recommendations with business strategy
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of three finance professionals, driving individual and collective development while fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented culture
- Establish clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations to business leaders
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to integrate financial insights into strategic decisions
Process Optimization:
- Enhance financial processes and reporting frameworks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and speed of insights delivery
- Leverage technology and tools to streamline financial operations, driving continuous improvement within the finance function

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, establishing your educational foundation to match the demands of the CPG sector
- Demonstrate a minimum of 6-8 years of finance experience, including substantial experience in leadership roles within the CPG industry
- Exhibit an exceptional command of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, adeptly navigating the intricacies of the ever-evolving CPG landscape
- Showcase mastery of Microsoft Excel and advanced financial modeling, indispensable tools for uncovering complex financial pathways within the CPG sector
- Communicate with eloquence, both in verbal and written forms, skillfully conveying your insights across multifunctional teams and influencing strategic direction
- Display analytical prowess and problem-solving finesse, pivotal in addressing the multifaceted challenges and opportunities within the CPG market
- Possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, upholding financial integrity within the ever-changing CPG context
Preferred Qualifications
- Garner an MBA or Master's degree In Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, further amplifying your financial prowess in the context of the CPG industry
- Possess substantial experience within the consumer goods or food sectors, offering a wealth of insights into the nuanced dynamics of the CPG landscape
- Bring an advanced understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent, streamlining financial operations within the CPG context
- Demonstrate a sophisticated knowledge of pricing analysis, revenue management, and customer profitability metrics in the competitive CPG market
- Showcase exceptional leadership skills, proficiently mentoring and cultivating team members, fostering a culture of excellence within the CPG finance function.
- Possess a strong affinity for market trends and consumer behaviors, orchestrating strategic decision-making that resonates within the CPG sector.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$159,400.00 – $199,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
