About the Role

Job Description

Purpose:

  • Reporting to the NEA SCM Lead, this role is responsible for ensuring 1) common business process is governed so that 2)Business Requirement as NEA is clearly summarized and can be 3)Shared as business requirement for any system enhancement/ escalation of gap
  • This role is aimed for Midterm till CI&S process gets build in each area, and SAP implementation successfully completes and stabilized for NEA
  • Working closely with SCM each manager for S&OP/S&OE (Demand Planning/ Supply Planning), Logistics, Order Management, SCM CI&S Specialist should ensure NEA SCM process, R&R and Job Manuals are managed in common format.
  • In case of any GAPs identified versus aligned Process/ R&R, SCM CI&S Specialist should support SCM employees to execute Root Cause Analysis and revise/update process flow, R&R or Job Manuals.
  • At the time of any System enhancement, SCM CI&S Specialist supports to convert business requirement to system requirements, lead validation and co-work with IT/Users to ensure smooth enhancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in LOG.OS(Kraft Heinz Logistics Operation System) to and own CS&I chapter, ensure NEA follows through requirement.
  • Analyze the current OPS Performance and CI processes and chapters, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to streamline operations.
  • Development of OPS Performance and CI process content. This involves creating workflow based on process description by expert and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials to ensure that users at the business units are well-equipped to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Govern documentations centrally on Process, R&R, manuals.
  • Validate and sign off data/solution outcome at time of any system enhancement.
  • Design Training program and Train CS&I practice to all fulltime employee.
  • Track IT ticket raised by SCM to ensure closure happening on time/ fundamental improvement in place to avoid recurrence, escalate when risk seen to SCM lead.
  • Ensure SCM employee ticket clear states requirement/business impact, support and train when GAP found.
  • Coordinate SCM internal on any system enhancement needs, support to clarify business requirement/size of price and communicate to IT team in order to get right priority set.

  • Project Saving – FTE/COST

Personal attributes:

  • Ability to clarify Business requirement and translate to specific conditions/thresholds so that can be translated to system requirement.
  • General Knowledge of Planning Systems/ WMS systems- SAP/BPCS/Oracle or other software related to SCM in level to understand how solution works
  • Fluent Japanese
  • Intermediate English reading/writing, Beginner English of listening/Speaking
  • Good knowledge of standard office software.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as BI platforms, data visualization tools, and analytical software are a plus.
  • Experience in managing projects/Training
  • Displays strong logical and analytical thinking abilities for problem-solving, applying a proactive and systematic approach to deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in uncertain situations and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering cooperation and synergy and contributing to a flexible and collaborative culture.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables, identifying and rectifying analytical and presentation errors when needed.
