Summary
The purpose of this role is to lead the customer collaboration agenda across Australia and New Zealand and bringing the voice of the customer to the Kraft Heinz Leadership team.
Key deliverables will be focused on service, driving growth, reducing cost to serve, along with end-to-end network optimization across Australia and New Zealand.
With the support of your Customer Excellence Managers in your team, this role exists to improve our key metrics (CFR, RDD & OTIF), enhance our service to our customers through focusing on their KPIs (DIF, DOT, DIFOT & OBSL) as well as increasing supply chain efficiencies to become a supplier of choice.
Key Responsibilities

Creating a High-Performance team across the region by for creating a strong learning and performance culture, building a strong leadership base for development throughout supply chain

Identify and implement action-plans in driving KPIs across ANZ

Drive the Supply Chain Joint Business Planning agenda between Kraft Heinz and Customers

Manage the Annual Advantage Survey Plan for KH ANZ Driving a collaborative agenda with commercial
-
Deliver Advantage Survey targets through a clearly aligned Plan with each customer in the ANZ Network

Lead the Integrated Planning Process with Supply, Logistics, Sales, Finance and Commercial teams
-
Be the face of Kraft Heinz within customers and maintain healthy relationships to become their supplier of choice

Key contributor to the S&OP LT to help drive increased Engagement and delivery of AOP
About you:

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
-
High data analysis capability
-
Power BI/Tableau & SAP (desired, not essential)

Excellent communication skills and confidence to hold meetings at a higher level

Advanced Negotiation skills
-
Tertiary qualification – Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or other technical focus areas

10-15 years’ experience in logistics and customer facing roles, preferably in the FMCG industry

Exceptional customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement

Outstanding team leadership experience

Strong financial acumen in a supply chain environment

Building and leading multiple supply chain projects and strategies

You can travel ~25% of the time
