As a key member of the Global AFH Capabilities Team, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic growth initiatives with a sharp focus on marketing-led brand acceleration and equipment-based expansion. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive scalable solutions across markets while aligning collaborators to deliver sustainable, high-impact results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the Brand Acceleration and Equipment Strategy for AFH, positioning it as a cornerstone growth driver globally.
- Champion distribution and innovation initiatives, using proprietary equipment platforms to amplify brand presence, boost volume, and enhance consumer engagement.
- Architect a global framework for branded programs (e.g., Heinz Verified), integrating equipment to elevate brand credibility and customer experience.
- Coordinate end-to-end strategic program management, from insights and conceptualization to market adoption and seamless execution.
- Advocate for market-winning solutions by ensuring optimal equipment collaborate with customers, consumers, and brand aesthetics.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive toolkits for localized implementation of global programs, ensuring adaptability and market relevance.
- Build and manage an investment model with ROI metrics, driving disciplined financial tracking and performance evaluation across markets.
- Establish a continuous learning culture by curating and sharing global best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Heads of Business Development in key markets to co-create and implement high-priority strategies, ensuring cohesive execution.
- Operate as a cross-functional leader, fostering alignment among commercial, marketing, and operational teams across regions.

Required Experience & Competencies
- Consistent track record in leading integrated product/brand/equipment growth initiatives on a global scale.
- Deep expertise in selling and marketing branded solutions to large AFH customers, particularly involving equipment-driven programs.
- Strong commercial competence with the ability to evaluate complex multi-country campaigns and scale successful models.
- Data-driven marketer with an analytical approach, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies for complex product lines.
- Extensive experience in consumer and customer marketing, coupled with a strategic approach to program management and execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives and build organizational consensus.
- Proven capability in developing and nurturing value-based cross-functional partnerships at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of customer development, sales processes, and marketing disciplines, with a strategic orientation toward long-term growth.
