About this position
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in Sweden. The Finance Analyst lies within the Central Northern Europe business unit and is located at our Stockholm office! In this position you’ll be reporting to the Head of Finance. Your primary responsibility will be the accounting and documentation of invoices and handling the payment process.
Your tasks:
- Creation of Purchase Orders for all kind of services that the business is in touch with
- Taking Care and monitoring of the PtP Process (Purchase to Pay)
- Reviewing invoices for legal and company requirements and ensure timely and proper approvals
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolve differences
- Making sure invoices are getting paid on time
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly journal entries, including fixed costs and D&A
- Provide assistance with audits, reconciliations, and other operational tasks as needed
Your qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- First experience in the field of Finance Analysis is a plus
- Strong proficiency in MS Office with focus on Excel, familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
- Strong proficiency in English is required, Swedish is optional
