About the Role

Job Description

We have a great opportunity as a Key Account Manager (KAM) – Away from Home (AFH) in Paris. In this role, you will be responsible for managing chain accounts in France across key customer channels, including Quick Service Restaurants, Full-Service Restaurants, Travel Accounts, and E-commerce customers.

Job Purpose

Your mission is to manage and grow the sales of an existing portfolio of AFH chain accounts while identifying and securing new National Chains. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Team, ensuring alignment with the sales strategy defined by Sales Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business relationships with existing customers.
  • Lead the acquisition of new clients through targeted strategies and action plans.
  • Communicate key customer outcomes or issues to internal teams.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic actions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and within the AFH team.
  • Manage the Brand Activation budget in partnership with Marketing, ensuring proper brand representation (e.g., use of product logos/photos in promotional materials).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Economics or Management (preferably from a Business School).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Away from Home (AFH) channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills.
  • Passionate about sales with a proven ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential

Travel Requirements
This role requires 50% travel in France.
