About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Operations FP&A Associate Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the European and Pacific Developed Markets region. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Ops FP&A Manager within the EPDM FP&A team. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Europe Ops financial results will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Operations.
In brief, you are responsible for:
- Financial Planning and forecasting
- Overseeing monthly forecast cycle for European Supply Chain Network
- Ensuring a smooth and comprehensive budgeting cycle for the zone Operations
- Data Management, Reporting and Analysis
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data across systems
- Preparation of monthly performance reviews for Global entity and Zone leadership team
- Conducting variance analysis to identify reasons for financial performance deviations and offering actionable insights
- Process improvement
- Identifying opportunities to streamline FP&A processes enhancing automation
- Stakeholder Management
- Acting as liaison between multiple stakeholders including Accounting, Manufacturing, Logistics and Procurement departments
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A roles or Supply Chain Finance roles
- Economics / Business / Finance background
- FMCG experience is a plus
- English
- Microsoft Suite, Tableau and Power BI would be a plus
- Ability to simplify, analytical mindset, able to work with multiple stakeholders, business acumen
