Actividades

· Apoyar con actividades administrativas de cumplimiento de ordenes preventivas, reportes básicos de mantenimiento y tiempos muertos.

· Asegurar que la producción de las líneas cumpla con el plan de producción.

· Dar solución rápida para reestablecer las líneas si es que se llegara a presentar alguna falla.

. Porción de equipos de producción 6 líneas que trabajan 24 hrs de lunes a sábado, se encarga de asegurar que la producción de las líneas cumpla con plan de producción, si hay una falla en alguna línea darle solución rápida para restablecer la línea, en el momento de paro de fines de semana coordinar a su equipo para mantenimientos preventivos para garantizar el trabajo de las líneas y evitar paros.

· Coordinar a su equipo para mantenimientos preventivos para garantizar el trabajo de las líneas y evitar paros.

· Cumplir con los mantenimientos preventivos, reducir tiempos muertos por paro de línea.

· Solicitud de refacciones para resurtir y mantener en stock, definiendo máximos y mínimos de refacciones.

· Programación de PLC’s y aplicación de SCADA (Software que permite a las empresas controlar y supervisar todo tipo de procesos industriales a distancia)

. Uso de herramientas de análisis de fallas para encontrar causas raíz de los problemas y proponer acciones de mejora para los equipos. (Herramientas: RCFA, análisis 5W +H (5 POR QUÉs))

. Cumplir mantenimiento preventivos, reducir tiempos muertos x paro de línea, solicitud de refacciones para resurtir y mantener en stock.

Experiencia:

· Conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing o Six Sigma y FSSC 22000 (preferentemente), Programacion de PLC´s

· Experiencia con el manejo de equipos de alto desempeño (Personal a su cargo: 8 a 15 personas)

. Que domine automatización, programación de plc´s y aplicación de Scada

· Experiencia en industria de alimentos, consumo masivo, farmaceutica y cuidado e higiene personal.

. Conocimiento en redes de comunicación Ethernet IP.

. Experiencia en Maquinara Doypack.

Requisitos:

· Licenciatura Concluida** Ingeniero de mantenimiento para khms, un ingeniero con especialidad en mecatronica o electrónica, Ing Mecánico

· Ingles básico / intermedio.

· Excel Intermedio / Avanzado

· SAP (deseable)
