The Kraft Heinz North America Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to delivering recruitment strategies that leverages data-driven insights, streamline processes, and enhance diversity within our manufacturing plants. Our team plays a vital role in ensuring the workforce meets production demands while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.
As the TA Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts for Hourly Manufacturing roles and support key programs aimed at optimizing the recruitment of hourly workers across Kraft Heinz’s North America operations. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing candidate experience, and contributing to impactful recruiting analytics and strategies. You could be based out of NAZ headquarters or protential one of our NAZ manufactoring locations.
What’s on the Menu:

Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists that is responsible for recruitment of hourly positions, including activities from job posting to candidate screening, interviews, and offers.

Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure success, and continuously optimize processes.

Design, implement, and run programs to improve blue-collar talent acquisition, including candidate pipelines, workforce planning, and community partnerships.

Collaborate with plant leadership and HR teams to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring recruitment strategies align with Kraft Heinz’s commitment to building a diverse workforce.

Leverage technology and data to enhance recruitment efficiencies and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Recipes for Success:

Education & Experience: Ideally you have talent acquisition experience working in a CPG, Manufacturing environment with a focus on program management and data analysis.

Program Ownership: Demonstrated ability to create and execute large-scale recruiting programs, delivering measurable outcomes.

Data Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and using analytics tools to drive recruitment strategies.

Process Improvement: Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize talent acquisition workflows.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Workday), data visualization platforms, and advanced Excel; familiarity with recruiting technologies is a plus.

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and employment laws.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50% to build relationships and support program execution at manufacturing plants.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 – $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
