Nous recherchons au sein de notre Business Unit France un(e) chef de secteur GMS sur la zone de Paris Est.

Raison d’être du poste :

  • Assurer le développement du CA et des Parts de Marchés de Kraft-Heinz sur le secteur géographique de référence se composant d’hypermarchés et de supermarchés.

Missions :

  • Assurer le développement du chiffre d’affaires et des parts de marchés de Kraft Heinz  
  • Optimiser la présence des marques et gammes de produits détenus par les clients ;
  • Développer l'exposition et la visibilité des produits et de nos marques ;
  • Revendre et théâtraliser les opérations nationales et régionales dans les points de vente.
  • Suivre et analyser les principaux indicateurs de performances mis en place.
  • Saisir toutes les opportunités de développer le courant d’affaires de la zone.

Être l’ambassadeur de KRAFT HEINZ sur son secteur :

  • Représenter la société et être garant de son image auprès des clients ;
  • Bâtir une collaboration et une relation de partenariat avec les décideurs clés des enseignes du secteur en se positionnant comme « Référent de la catégorie des Sauces »
  • Veille concurrentielle et apport au collectif.

Profil recherché :

  • Niveau de formation ou expérience professionnelle exigée : BAC + 2 à 5 Vente – Ecole de Commerce ;

  • Profil junior accepté, une expérience dans l’environnement GMS et/ou agro-alimentaire est un plus.

  • Connaissances linguistiques exigées : La pratique de l’anglais est un plus.

  • Maîtrise des techniques de ventes et négociation
  • Autonomie et esprit entrepreneurial.
  • Force de conviction.
  • Excellent sens du contact et de la communication écrite et orale.
  • Goût du challenge.
  • Sens de l’organisation et capacité d’analyse.
  • Esprit d’équipe.
