Job Description
As a lead finance business partner to the business, FP&A Reporting Manager provides critical finance support to internal and external stakeholders. With responsibilities over KHC business cycles and reporting infra-structure. This position will need to effectively interact with multiple levels of leadership within the organization. With a continuous improvement mindset, the FP&A Reporting Manager will support driving the finance agenda cross the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of the monthly, quarterly, and annual business cycle (forecast and performance reviews).
- Maintain & further develop KHC financial templates & decks that provides reliable information to the management team.
- Support the presentation of monthly and quarterly business reviews to the Business Unit CEO/CFO along detailed variance explanations. Ensure that they are fully aware of the shape the business is in.
- Lead, support, develop and/or improve existing processes relating to KHC business cycle/financial reporting.
- Manage business unit P&L and Cash flow (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea):
- Develop metrics to track team-specific and company-wide performance. Identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and collaborate across all levels.
- Continuously challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement across all functions
- Lead Working Capital agenda
- Lead Cash flow agenda
- Responsibilities of ANJ reporting infrastructure.
- Responsible for optimizing our financial reports, providing accurate and timely visibility
- Ability to create and maintain conceptual and highly complex, efficient, logical financial models.
- Lead with IT the continuous improvements of KHC reporting software/systems
- Lead Data structure and availability to the business
- Manage and continue to develop the FP&A team
- Support other ad hoc requests/analysis/projects related but not limited to:
- Business Profitability; Long-range Forecast, Strategic Plan
About you:
- Tertiary education in finance, business, commerce, and/or accounting
- 5+ years work experience that compliments field of study
- Extensive people management experience
- Experience working on transformation projects, demonstrated competency in improving efficiency
- FMCG industry experience (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Attitude & behaviour in line with leadership & behavioural competencies outlined above
