About the Role
Job Description
- Design and run global capabilities that will support the quality of our data and system integrity in Kraft Heinz.
- Set “One Best Way” to run our HR Technology and Master Data processes, including alignment on resources, structure, technology and processes templates that will drive global consistency on the way we operate.
- Collaborate with internal Kraft Heinz colleagues and 3rd party organizations to implement these global processes in our countries and guarantee a quality delivery of services and experiences in the most efficient way.
- Partner with our Global Shared Service Centers to guarantee the delivery of best-in-class data and technology services to our business units.
- Liaise with global COEs and technology teams to drive integrated solutions and collaborate with appropriate partners on policy harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives related to talent attraction and management.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress.
