What's on the Menu:
As a key member of the Global GTM Capabilities Team, you will be responsible for Sales Excellence Program. The role primarily focuses on standardize best practices and strategies across all markets. Lead the implementation of the Excellence Program, establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure Sales Excellence Program per market.
Key Ingredients:
- Create a comprehensive Sales Excellence Playbook to standardize best practices and strategies. Assessing market maturity, clustering markets, establishing success metrics, and identifying performance opportunities to drive long-term.
- Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure Sales Excellence Program per market (Gamification & Evaluation);
- Collaborate with regional and market teams, SEP Champions to ensure alignment of GTM strategies and Sales Excellence initiatives, providing clear guidance and addressing challenges.
- Coordinate the creation of the Processes per pillar, Routines and Tools (MVP). Focus on designing and deploying SFO (Sales Force Optimization) initiatives to guarantee the most efficient ways of work and processes within Commercial Structure.
The role has a global scope, impacting multiple regions and markets simultaneously. The position coordinates between global, regional, and local teams, ensuring the program is scalable, consistent, and impactful across diverse geographies.
Internal: Global Omni VP, Global GTM, AFH, Ecom, GeoWS VPs, BUPs, MDs, Channel Directors, Function Directors (Local, Zone, Global – HR, Operations, Sales, RGM, Category) Global Functions (Omni, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT and P&P) and Local/Zone Commercial VP, GTM Leads and FP&A.
Externally: Consultancy firms and BI providers.

- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Proven experience in contributing to GTM strategies across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes.
- Desire project management experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to track KPIs, report on execution progress, and optimize GTM efforts.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) to measure GTM performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives and build organizational consensus.
