About the Role
Job Description
- To lead, direct, manage & develop all activities related to Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) of Co-packers (incl. Infant Feeding and licensees if required), Ingredient & Packaging material Vendors and Warehouses(DCs) for the BU.
- To coordinate in-house and external factory NPD & VE projects management in quality and food safety perspective
- To lead local supplier quality management digitalization system setting up and continue improving quality and food safety management efficiency
- To ensure quality standards are implemented in the EM
- To lead management and resolution of FSQ issues in Suppliers and Co-packers based in and on behalf of the BU.
- To liaise with other Kraft Heinz Co-pack and Supply Chain Quality teams globally, to ensure a co-ordinated and optimised supplier approval strategy.
- To ensure that all Co-pack & Supply Chain Quality Managers / auditors are effectively trained, calibrated and harmonized in BU.
- To ensure that all approval/audit schedules for Zone are up to date based on risk assessments.
- To ensure that risk reduction / cost reduction programs are implemented and effective.
- Ensure all Co-packers for have been assessed against Platinum Rules and drive to 100% compliance with stakeholders
- Plan and conduct training to suppliers, copackers, and also KHC stakeholders
- Support other BU to audit suppliers/ copackers if needed
- To perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz FSQ, Environmental, Health & Safety and Ethical & Human Resource Policies, programs and goals.
