About the Role
Job Description
Objective: Coordinate and execute projects and any other activity required to achieve company objectives related to packaging in innovation, renovation, value engineering, ESG, portfolio improvement, supplier security, CAPEX and promotions, for San Jose factory and copackers for Hispanics’ countries.
Activities:
1. Coordinate packaging projects both with other areas of the company and within R&D team
2. Execute and/or supervise packaging projects in San Jose factory and copackers
3. Manage and supervise packaging information storaged in the company systems: Agile, SAP, MDG.
4. Attend packaging forums internally and externally.
5. Assure packaging material control in San Jose factory as owner of packaging Control
Knowledge and experience
– Education: Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related
– Experience in packaging development
– General knowledge in development processes
– Knowledge in food/pack regulations
– Understanding of quality system management
– Microsoft Office
– SAP would be a plus.
