The SCD Manager will be responsible for managing specific projects and initiatives that support the growth and efficiency of Kraft Heinz’s supply chain network. The role involves leading feasibility assessments, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead feasibility assessments for assigned projects, defining network capabilities, and developing capital business cases.
- Manage operational commercialization efforts for projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with functional teams (e.g., R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing) to identify and implement supply chain solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including risk mitigation plans and progress reports.
- Support the identification and implementation of margin enhancement initiatives and process improvements across the supply chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, project management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in project management methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$100,300.00 – $125,400.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
