We have an exciting position available in our EPDM HQ as Value Retail Leader for Continental Europe . In this position, you report directly to our EU International Buying Lead and will lead our central negotiations and relationship management of our Hard Discount channel, while maintaining close collaboratoin with our local sales teams.
In brief, you are responsible for:

Design and implementation of the Hard Discount channel strategy and goals, to continue the growth CAGR

Leading the negotiations on a central level for Continental Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Nordics, Italy, Iberia, Benelux and France), closely liasing with the nego leads of other geographies (UK, Ireland and East)

Securing profitable P&L growth within the Hard Discounters across Europe

Driving the execution with the local markets across all countries

Building an internal Value-Retail community uniting the country teams, whilst maintaining strong internal connections with the local leadership team

Must haves

At least 5 years of proven negotiation experience (either buying or selling) in the FMCG industry (Food).

Strong understanding of P&L on commercial level complemented with excellent analytical capabilities

Fluent English proficiency is required

Strong communication skills (intern/external) with a clear interest in developing Customer relationships and building solid internal relations.
