About the Role

Job Description

Away-From-Home is the key focus channel of growth in Kraft Heinz’s long-term Strategy. Your role will be to support the Gulf and Africa Region sales and marketing team to grow distribution, brand partnerships and visibility across our key markets.

What You''ll Do:

Trade Marketing Responsibilities (33% of your time)
1.    Chef Alliance: Lead partnership with Dubai College of Tourism which will include collaborating closely with the team on booking kitchen space, organizing students to assist during external culinary events and initiating events/opportunities for collaboration
2.    Culinary Agenda: Drive the culinary training and customer engagement calendar with Chef Ahmad. Prepare training material in line with the market's strategy for the year.
3.    Sales tool: Take ownership on the creation of sales tool, product catalogues, New Product Development (NPD) brochures and more.
4.    Trade Events: Propose initiatives to drive brand visibility and strengthen partnerships, organize the event, and prepare post event analysis
5.    POSM: Collaborate with the sales team to find opportunities to implement permanent POSM and maintain a tracker by country by account by item 
Sales/Business Development Responsibilities (67% of your time)
1.    Market diligence: 1 full day in the market per week: customer visit/scouting, menu review, portfolio gap analysis, sales promotion and  document each visit to present to DB / customer
2.    Sales data analysis: Monthly sales review customer gain / loss analysis from DB data to build a tracker for customer regain pipeline
3.    Research and Innovation: Research new local Food trends, stay up to date on new openings and turn it into opportunities to increase SOW in existing customers, advise DBs for new account opening, work with Sales Development Chef to create new innovative recipes  
4.    Customer relationship building: Attend market visit with Foodservice manager and DB to understand  customer and distributor relationship
5.    Support with Project Management: Assist in coordinating projects related to QSR including planning, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables align with objectives.
