About the Role
Job Description
- Conducting research and development of new and improved process transforming for manufacturing
- Establishing safety procedures for individuals working with dangerous chemical
- Developing method for separating components for gases and liquid
- Designing and planning equipment layout including man flow, waste flow, packaging material flow, raw material Flow, finish good flow, and ergonomic design
- Conducting tests and monitoring the process improvement
- Troubleshoot problem-related manufacturing process
- Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environment and safety
- Estimating production cost
- Improve manufacturing process by analysis and action plan to develop improvement
- Support control effectively of document
- Developing process to improve manufacturing through simulation
- Developing configuring and optimizing industrial process manufacturing
- Assessing the process of taking measurements and interpreting data
- Designing running testing and upgrading the system manufacturing process
- Performance risk assessment
- Being a bridge between RnD and manufacturing operations related to the business-making process
- Communication with all stakeholder related to process improvement
- Responsible for delivering KPI MBO (oee, cost VIC ZBB, yield, and MUV) through process improvement
- Responsible for improving skills, processes, and knowledge for production employees by providing training according to need.
- Responsible for the implementation of International standards for all improvements in the plant area.
Flexibility to adjust to shifts to work with employees from all shifts as required.
