About the Role
Job Description
1. Actual
- Validating COGS numbers provided by system with performing accurate sanity check before proceeding it into journal posting.
- Performed costing allocation each product category properly.
- Validating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) provided by the system through accurate recalculation. Align with Commercial Finance and Sales Finance for any difference items. Achieve zero unreconciling items.
- Running and monitoring Actual DOI
2. Forecasts & Budgeting
- Review all submission from SCF Teams, check assumption and ensure latest information has been reflected on the forecasts and budgeting.
- Calculate Plant Mix Impact & FOH Standard base on Sales forecast volume.
- Align with SCF teams (Manufacture, Procurement & Logistic) or respective department if there are any assumption update during forecasts.
- Running and monitoring forecast DOI
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Consolidate all Supply Chain Finance reports to be submitted to Zone and FP&A
- High accuracy analysis on FM compared to forecasts/budget/last month forecasts on every single line component of fixed manufacturing which is (1) FOH Std., (2) FOH Recoveries, (3) FOH Spend, (4) FOH Deferred, (5) Others.
- Analysis of volume price mix impact on FOH Std. and FOH Recoveries to get clear cost driver on FM.
- Prepare presentation deck of Supply Chain Finance in time (Actual, Forecasts). Ensure accuracy for any numbers on presentation deck.
- Manage commentary database from all division under Supply Chain Finance. Validating commentary on reported deck of SCF, to ensure accurate & consistency information.
4. Work with other functions for any ad-hoc request related to supply chain finance view.
5. Liaise with external and internal auditors.
