OBJETIVO:

A cadeira terá o papel de desenvolver as estratégias para o Grupo Mateus, garantindo crescimento.

Desenvolvimento e Implementação de uma forte cultura de execução de Kpis dentro do cliente e pontos de vendas..

Responsável pela gestão do P&L da área com foco na entrega dos targets de TOP e botton line (VOL,NSV e CMA), além de elaborar planos para entregar as estratégias de share valor da região, desenvolvimento da distribuição das 4 marcas com target estabelecidos de DN e DP e executar um completo guia de execução para o PDV.

Cadeira terá uma forte influencia na construção e execução dos planos regionais uma vez que é responsável pela construção do plano dos clientes KA.

Porta voz da KHC com clientes e forte interface e influência com stakeholders internos com objetivo de desenvolvimento de planos e alinhamento das estratégias para a área sul:  Trade Mkt, Pricing, Merchandising, Customer Services, marketing, categoria, RH, entre outras.

Necessidade de desenvolvimento, manutenção e motivação de um time robusto com experts focadas em gestão de Key accounts e forte interface com as áreas internas da cia em prol de garantir que a estratégia da cia esteja refletida no PDV e interface com as demais regionais de vendas com objetivo de garantir a correta execução do plano.  

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Planejamento e execução dos JBP do Grupo Mateus – Responsável pelo plano e P&L anual dos clientes, bem como seu acompanhamento através de  KPI´s e Rotinas.

  • Responsabilidade pela gestão nacional do Grupo Mateus.

  • Responsável pelos indicadores de NSV/CMA, iniciativas de ganhos de Share, análise KPI´s de Execução, DN, DP e Kpis entregas etc.

  • Liderança e desenvolvimento do time de vendas da área em prol de termos o correto perfil para as novas necessidades

  • Presença juntos os principais clientes/ distribuidores da região em contatos trimestrais com os proprietários para garantia de alinhamento de planos.

  • Influência interna dentro da cia em prol de desenvolver ações e planos que auxiliem a entrega dos resultados financeiros e de share da regional,

  • Alinhamento da estratégia de execução de cada cliente KA com as regiões afim de garantir a correta execução do plano na ponta.

REQUISITOS:

  • Necessário Ensino Superior Completo;

  • Necessário experiência atendendo ao cliente Grupo Mateus;

  • Consciência comercial juntamente com uma mentalidade estratégica;

  • Excelente habilidade organizacional e de liderança;

  • Mentalidade de crescimento e agilidade de adaptação;

  • Experiência no canal C&C;

  • Conhecimento dos KPI´s do Canal ( Sellin, sellout, Share, P&L Etc…..);

  • Mandatório residir em São Luís – MA;
