About the Role
Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Planning Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. As Planning Manager, you and your team are responsible for the planning activities within Elst in the areas of finished products, material planning and master data. You monitor and manage the production plan and represent the factory in various consultations with external stakeholders. In addition to the production plan, you take care of our material stock on site, you oversee stock-high/stock low situations and set up the NOD process within the team. Weekly you evaluate the long-term/high impact material stock expectations and take action together with quality, production and procurement. Above all, you keep an eye on Elst's case fill rate to our customers and ensure that we have full control over our OEE numbers. In addition, you challenge the business to continuously improve by seeking collaboration with central functions such as Logistics, Supply planning and Network design. You are able to build bridges and act in a connecting manner to ensure that we plan smarter and arrive at a shared general project approach with commercial teams within Kraft Heinz. Finally, you motivate your team to develop further and emphasize the importance of continuous improvement
In brief, you will be responsible for;

Ensuring the team makes the plans available to the other departments at correct times and material/ingredient PO’s are placed on time

Monitoring market CFR for Elst-related products

Owning planned loss impact on OEE

Steering DIO in Elst, together with the Manager Planning & Logistics

Monitoring material stock and managing the tomato paste planning

Initiating efficiency projects regarding capacity and long-term planning in collaboration with S&OP and commercial teams

Responsible for performance of systems by checking system settings and parameters (SAP, OMP, bulk tool, etc.)

Managing and developing PASO, MOQ and other planning related routines

Discussing and implementing improvement processes for cycles, short- and long-term planning for both materials and finished products

Developing long term strategy with regards to planning, OEE, planned losses and CFR service
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in relevant field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning or logistics within FMCG
- Proven experience with production processes and inventory management
- Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
