  • You like to communicate in all the ways: by speaking, writing, or presenting, even though video editing!

  • You are thrilled to bring exciting programs to life: you want to make an impact in people’s lives. You are genuinely passioned about people and have an interest in HR-related topics.

  • Good at carrying out project autonomously, great organizational skills.

  • English is a must, Italian or any other language is a nice to have.

  • Good level of knowledge of excel.

You will be working within the EDPM Talent Development team at Kraft Heinz, reporting into the L&D Manager based in Milan. You’ll be working in highly multicultural and international environment; this is a unique opportunity to establish a worldwide network!

As part of your daily tasks and projects you will support us in:

  • Thinking along with us on how to bring to life projects such as Career Weeks for internal employees, diversity initiatives, leadership and learning experiences. You will develop communications, presentations, logos and visuals for each of these projects.

  • Support the organization of trainings in leadership, marketing, sales, etc.

  • Creating newsletters and videos (for internal use) to promote events, trainings, initiatives linked to our company culture and people development.
