Job Description
The Senior Manager, Omni Shopper Marketing is an integral part of the Shopper Marketing team within the North America Marketing Function. This individual supports area leadership, owns the management of the marketing budget, spearheads strategic ecommerce annual planning of key drive periods at retail and acts as the main contact and trusted adviser to internal and external partners.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
· Provide Shopper Marketing and eCommerce leadership and key point of contact to Customer(s)
· Own budget management/reporting and ongoing process improvement for Customer(s)
· Steer strategic annual planning of key marketing and eCommerce activations and strategy
· Partner with BU and Central Marketing Teams to identify and develop shopper programs that align with both customer objectives as well as internal sales and brand team goals
· Brief agency team(s) and internal partners on shopper marketing activations, providing clear guidance on success criteria
· Adapt strategies and tactics based on real time performance data
· Build compelling selling tools to aid the field with securing retailer support of key promotions
· Establish new routines and rituals to improve communication and knowledge sharing between the field, BU, and leadership
· Own relationship with creative agency team for the Customer(s)
· Re-application of traditional brand management principles to in-store and online environment.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
· Consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
· Strong sales, finance, category planning and/or analytical background
· Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills
· Excellent organization and project management skills
· Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
· Ability to effectively summarize sophisticated information upwards and influence sales leadership to drive appropriate action
· Strong at forging internal/external relationships and commanding trust/respect of others
· Proven track record to coordinate a strategic vision and a team of individuals in a fast-paced, results driven environment
· Knowledge of retailers and broker environment

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
