About the Role
Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, Digital Supply Chain (Customer) role is responsible for supporting Customer Excellence transformation through digitally enabled products. This role uses the Agile framework to deliver measurable value for Kraft Heinz by achieving Tier 2 savings, reducing fines, and enhancing availability through improvements in Case Fill Rate (CFR), in-stocks, and on-shelf availability. The role supports ensuring a seamless end-to-end integration with functional groups such as supply, transportation, demand planning, and customer operations while driving user adoption and an optimal end-user experience.
Key focus areas include managing the team’s backlog, driving iteration and story planning, and contributing to the platform’s vision, roadmap, and value. The Sr. Analyst, Digital Supply Chain (Customer) role offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business intelligence engineers, UI/UX designers, Power Platform engineers, and Scrum Masters, to deliver products from ideation to release and through change management. The role also involves providing regular updates to cross-functional teams, progress updates, showcasing product demonstrations, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Primary Responsibilities
• Vision & Roadmap: Shape and contribute to the vision, roadmap, and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for the platform.
• Agile Leadership: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, retrospectives, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• End-User Advocacy: Represent end-users by deeply understanding their use cases, needs, and business requirements, addressing development team inquiries effectively.
• User Engagement: Drive adoption and engagement through strategic communication, feedback loops, and interactive sessions.
• Backlog Prioritization: Utilize user feedback to inform backlog prioritization, setting bi-weekly priorities and sprint goals that align with organizational objectives.
• Requirements & Testing: Partner with process excellence teams to define business requirements, approve key design decisions, and conduct rigorous user acceptance testing to validate new features before production releases.
• Change Management: Play key role in end-to-end change management, including training, feature release coordination, and hyper-care support post-launch.
• Quarterly Planning: Participate in quarterly planning (PI Planning) to develop a 13-week roadmap, lead breakout sessions, and participate with setting team-specific OKRs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum of 2-4+ years’ work in logistics, planning, marketing, or customer facing role
• Preferred experience in a large-scale Food/Beverage Manufacturing company with knowledge of retail supply chain operations
• Proficient in managing cross functional relationships – internal and external
• Efficiency in Excel and general knowledge of other MS Office applications required • Experience with Power BI, Data visualization tools, JIRA and Agile

This role can be remote or Hybrid (3 days in office) and can sit in Chicago, Pittsburgh or Toronto

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 – $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
