Join our dynamic team at Kraft Heinz. We're seeking a dedicated Accountant Intern to support in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
What you’ll do:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently by verifying necessary documentation
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and manage discrepancies with third party vendors
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and manage discrepancies
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available
- Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Assist in external audit procedure
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Assist on filing VAT and WHT
What you bring:
- Tamheer eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience of 0 to 3 years
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, blackline)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
