The Company

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conduct regular inspections and sensory evaluations to assess product quality, and perform laboratory tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to food safety regulations, develop and implement food safety protocols, and collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and compliant production environment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality assessments, and prepare reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Train production staff on quality standards and food safety practices, and provide support during internal and external audits to ensure a culture of quality and compliance.
- Investigate quality issues and non-conformance reports, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- May require occasional travel to facilities and/or suppliers.
About you:
- A strong foundation in quality management and data analysis
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- A background in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- Experience in production, food manufacturing and/or quality control
- Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand
