Job Description
KHMS People Learning & Development Lead is part of the P&P Global Operations team, based in Amsterdam. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level, reporting into the Head of P&P – Global Operations.
The main responsibilities will be the improvement of processes and tools embedded in the KHMS People Learning and Development (PLD) pillar as well as the design and execution of capability programs for Operations functions (Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality). For this, you will work closely with global, zone as well as factory/DC cross-functional teams.
What's on the Menu?
1. Develop and implement Operations Capabilities strategy for blue as well as white collar employees (in collaboration with global functional academy and zone teams)
2. Enable and mobilize P&P Teams to deliver against the capability strategy
3. Champion continuous improvement by building best in class process and tools for different areas of the PLD pillar (in alignment with zone SMEs)
4. Collect and share best practices
5. Coach and train P&P Teams on all chapters
Essential Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the implementation across the zones
2. Update & improve KHMS/Logos Content
3. Support the Operations functional capability agenda globally
4. Engages with ZTEs for Rewards, Performance, Talent, DIE&B, Communications, GBS and other P&P areas to ensure that KHMS is the foundation when implementing or updating HR process across the business
5. Build and drive project plans to achieve key deliverables against core business outcomes (milestones, timeframes, cost, KPIs)
6. Lead and influence partners across functions and BUs, to drive adoption of strategic products and outcomes; and
7. Manage any relationships with external vendors to support on the journey.
This position will be in touch with senior executives inside the company, with a great exposure to strategic areas to build a legacy for the business.

We ask that you have:
1. Bachelor or Master degree;
2. Min 5 years of People & Performance working experience (preferably in an Operations, Manufacturing or FMCG environment);
3. Fluency in English, second and third language is an advantage;
4. Proven track record of learning agility and delivering consistent results.
Career Progression
KHMS People Learning & Development Lead next role is typically a P&P Lead or Global KHMS Lead or equivalent leader’s role.
