We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Key Account Manager for Albert Heijn Supermarket to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in our Benelux team in our office in Amsterdam!

Ben jij onze nieuwe Senior Account manager voor Albert Heijn? Dan ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van account gerelateerde activiteiten, zowel intern (met Sales en Marketing) als extern. Je werkt proactief samen met de Customer Group Manager. Tevens ben je aanspreekpunt voor de klant, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor jouw portfolio en zaken oplost t.b.v. promoties. Je krijgt inzicht in alle productcategorieën van Kraft Heinz en werkt met (inter)nationale merken. Deze positie rapporteert aan de Customer Group Manager.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

· Essentiele rol in het onderhouden en versterken van de strategische relatie met onze grootste klant in de Benelux, Ahold;

· Drijven van duurzame winstgevende groei middels optimaal portfolio management en focus op executie van de strategische accountplannen;

· Beheren van budget en werken aan strategische toekomstplannen voor het portfolio;

· Cross-functionele samenwerking en afstemming met betrekking ontwikkelingen in jouw portfolio, sales forecast, demand planning en marketingactiviteiten;

· Samen met de Customer Group Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de jaarlijkse onderhandelingen;

· In deze rol het jij 1 direct report.

Profielomschrijving

· Afgeronde HBO-/ WO-opleiding;

· Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een commerciële of accountmanagementfunctie, waarvan minimaal 3 jaar in een accountmanagementrol. Ervaring op het Ahold account is een pré.

· Ervaring met het beheren van complexe klantrelaties, strategisch plannen en lead by example is essentieel;

· Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; klantgericht, informerend, overtuigend;

· Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels op zakelijk niveau (woord & geschrift);

· Goede kennis van Microsoft office, met name Excel;

· Ambitie: je hebt drive om jouw carrière op te bouwen;

· Onder (tijds)druk kunnen werken, je bent flexibel om deadlines te halen;

· Oplossingsgericht; je bent creatief in het vinden van een oplossing.
